General Technical Guidance

FareScience offers ad-hoc, ongoing general technical guidance in the capacity of an experienced Food Scientist. This best serves teams new to or in early-stages of launching plant-based food products, and may include the following options:

  • Familiarity with the commercialization of alternative protein finished ingredients or end-products, namely plant-based meat, egg, and dairy consumer packaged goods (CPG)

  • Creation of FDA-compliant Ingredient Declaration, Nutrition Facts Panel, and overall Principal Display Panel for CPG

  • Technical problem-solving assessments to yield recommendations and next steps toward resolution
