Foodies in the Twin Cities chat it up on their careers in food, and their takes on its latest technologies and social impacts.
Just the other week, I had the chance to sit down with some pretty cool people. By sit, I mean in a professional recording studio at WCCO Radio. And by cool people, I mean host and Synapse co-founder, Steve Lebeau, Instagram foodie, Kim Ly Curry, and local food journalist, philosopher, and foodie, Jeremy Iggers.
As you may have assumed, we discussed food. Our careers in it, how we came into our callings, some trending conversations on the ever-popular subject of food, and how we connect across the disciplines of food science, food photography, and food critiquing.
You can listen, download, and subscribe to the podcast here.
